Learning platform terms
These terms explain the rules for using Agileseekers Learning and participating in our programmes.

You must provide accurate information, keep access personal, and notify us if you believe your account is being misused. Course access periods and cohort dates shown at enrolment form part of your programme terms.
Acceptable use
Course videos, templates, assessments, feedback, and learning materials are licensed for your individual learning. You may not share credentials, copy or redistribute materials, scrape the platform, bypass security controls, or disrupt other learners.
Learning conduct
Submissions must be your own work unless collaboration is explicitly allowed. Harassment, impersonation, plagiarism, or misuse of another learner's information may lead to suspension while we investigate.
Availability and changes
We may improve content, instructors, schedules, and platform features while preserving the programme's stated learning outcomes. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
Intellectual property
Agileseekers and its licensors retain ownership of the platform and programme materials. Certificates confirm completion only and do not transfer ownership or guarantee employment, promotion, or a particular result.
Applicable policies
Our Privacy, Refund, and Certificate policies form part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
