This notice describes how learner information is collected and used within Agileseekers Learning.

We process profile and contact details, enrolments, lesson activity, assessment answers and scores, assignment files and feedback, attendance, support conversations, payment references, certificates, consent records, and security logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide courses, authenticate accounts, track progress, issue certificates, deliver support, process enrolments, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and improve learning quality.
Sharing and processors
Information is shared only where necessary with authorised Agileseekers staff and contracted providers supporting hosting, email, video, meetings, analytics, and payments. Providers must handle information for agreed purposes and appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain learning and certificate records for legitimate educational and verification purposes, financial records where legally required, and security logs for defined retention periods. We apply access controls, encrypted transport, audit logs, backups, and monitoring.
Your choices and rights
You can change notification preferences, download your LMS data, correct profile details, and submit a deletion request from Account settings. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or certificate-verification purposes.
International processing and children
Service providers may process data in other countries with appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. The platform is intended for professional learners aged 18 or over unless a separately authorised arrangement applies.
