Certificate policy
How programme completion is determined, certificates are issued, and credentials remain verifiable.
Effective: 16 July 2026 · Last updated: 16 July 2026Eligibility
A learner must have an active valid enrolment, complete every required lesson, meet published quiz pass marks, submit required assignments, receive required approvals, and satisfy any attendance rule shown for the programme.
Identity and academic integrity
The name on a certificate comes from the verified learner profile. Agileseekers may pause or revoke a credential obtained through impersonation, plagiarism, credential sharing, manipulated records, or another material integrity violation.
Issuance and verification
Eligible certificates are issued electronically with a unique verification ID and public verification page. A certificate records programme completion; it is not an academic degree, professional licence, or third-party certification unless explicitly stated.
Corrections and appeals
Request name corrections or appeal a completion decision through Learner Support within 30 days. Include the course, certificate ID where available, and supporting details. Review outcomes are recorded for consistency.
Validity and revocation
Certificates do not expire unless a programme explicitly states a validity period. Verification may show revoked status where integrity, payment reversal, or administrative error materially invalidates issuance.
